The norms set by it for the discharge of its functions: :-- ICAR-Central Institute for Research on Goats Makhoom offer auxiliary and support services for Gaot related aspects of the country. Norms of Government of India and ICAR are followed in letter and spirits. No cases is kept pending for more than 10 days at any level. Efforts are made to deal with the cases as expeditiously as possible in accordance with the Rules, Regulations and other instruction issued in this regard (Viz. MOP, GFR, Audit Manuals etc.).
