Online Payment Refund Policy

All transactions processed via PNB e Pay online are eligible for a refund if payment are cancelled for any reason within 24 hours of your transaction. Institute will refund any payment made by error or if the payment is not currently due and creates a credit balance on institute account. Refunds for payments that are correct and made on an outstanding balance will not be refunded unless approved by the Finance Officer. To request a cancellation of an online payment and refund of payment, contact can be made during office hours 10.00AM to 5.00PM at 0565-2970998 within 24 hours of your transaction excluding Second Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Online refunds will be processed as soon as it is approved via a credit to your credit card account. If you have questions regarding our refund policy, please call the 0565-2970998.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the ICAR-CIRG, will only be made to the debit/credit card/bank account used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require the ICAR-CIRG to refund the Training fee Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid except in case of Double Payment. In case the applicant has made the payment and unable to submit application, the refund will automatically be remitted to account through which the payment has been made. By Default all failure Transactions are automatically refunded as per PNB (Punjab National Bank) regulations. • We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct account of ICAR-CIRG due to quoting of incorrect information. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
• If the card supplier declines payment, ICAR-CIRG is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
