Celebration of Mahila Kisan Diwas under DAPSC Programme

ICAR-CIRG, Makhdoom celebrated Mahila Kisan Diwas under Development Action Plan for Scheduled Caste (DAPSC) on 15.10.2020 at Sheep Unit of the Institute. During this programme, an educational tour of 50 women farmer registered under different Self Help Groups (SHGs) of  Scheduled Caste community of Bhimnagar village of Farah block was arranged. Women participants were given the knowledge of goat production, role of women in agriculture and animal rearing. All the participants were also given a Milton water Bottle and a packet containing heavy refreshment. During the programme every participants and guests followed all precautionary measures for COVID 19.
